A2P Network provides an Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging platform that enables businesses and developers to send and receive messages through various communication channels, including but not limited to Telegram, SMS, Email, and WhatsApp.

The Service includes access to:

• A web-based dashboard for managing channels, messages, and settings
• REST APIs for programmatic access to messaging capabilities
• Webhook integrations for receiving inbound messages
• Organization and user management features

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the Service:

• To send unsolicited messages (spam) or bulk messaging without consent

• To transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• To violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

• To collect or harvest user data without authorization

When using the Service to send messages, you are responsible for:

• Obtaining proper consent from message recipients
• Complying with applicable messaging laws and regulations (including TCPA, GDPR, and similar laws)
• Providing opt-out mechanisms where required
• Maintaining records of consent as required by law
• Ensuring message content complies with channel-specific policies (e.g., Telegram Bot API Terms)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine that your messaging practices violate applicable laws or these Terms.

Access to our API is subject to the following conditions:

• API keys are personal and non-transferable
• You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties
• You are responsible for all activity conducted using your API keys
• We may impose rate limits to ensure fair usage and system stability
• You must implement appropriate security measures in your integrations

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by A2P Network and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you transmit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms and services, including Telegram, SMS gateways, email providers, and others. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or policies of third-party services. Changes to third-party services may affect the functionality of our Service.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
• Emergency repairs or updates
• Third-party service outages
• Events beyond our reasonable control

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Message delivery depends on third-party services and is not guaranteed.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, A2P NETWORK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your data
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless A2P Network and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you transmit through the Service

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should reasonably survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
